As mentioned in my main review, the food wa... read more Like many other reviewers, I stayed at the Carrbridge Hotel while on holiday and dined at the Grill Room restaurant. As mentioned in my main review, the food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and locally sourced meat that was impeccably prepared. I have dined at some of the best restaurants across the UK and Europe, and I can confidently say that the Grill Room restaurant is a hidden gem in the Highlands.
