What 309jacquic likes about Cafe Spice Brora:
If your looking for fresh, hot, homemade, wholesome food this is the place to go, very friendly, helpful staff and very reasonable prices. We decided to pop in today to check out Sunday opening times as staying on a local campsite and wanted breakfast when leaving the site! It now does not open on a Sunday as the owner needs a day off. Large free car park with toilets nearly opposite. View all feedback. What FoodieFreddy doesn't like about Cafe Spice Brora:
My latte had the tiniest amount of frothy milk in it that you can imagine it was a bit like an instant coffee with a thin layer of watery froth on top. Also, in line with this seeming ‘every expense spared’ policy, the place has no WiFi and the Brora free service they offer instead does not reach this building. So if you don’t use the net and you like very expensive cups of hot water, you might enjoy this place. View all feedback.

Yet again the only establishment to get a good breakfast west of Elgin after an early start opens at 0800. Friendly good.

read moreNestled in the quaint village of Brora, this café-style restaurant boasts a bustling atmosphere, popular among locals and travelers alike. While some diners rave about the delightful scones and hearty breakfast options with friendly service, others lament the underwhelming coffee and inconsistent food quality. The ambiance suffers from a lingering smell of fried food, detracting from the overall experience. The café's compact space and lack of Wi-Fi may not cater to everyone’s preferences, but its reasonable prices and accessibility make it a solid choice for a quick bite. With a little more effort, it could flourish into a hidden gem.
