People started... read more The burgers are AMAZING, Service is AWFUL. When we got to the restaurant there were only 2 tables occupied, they took forever to take our order. People started to come into the restaurant and they started to serve the food to those tables way before us, they brought the food in parts not all together, their excuse was that the servers got mixed up and served the other tables our food.Like I said the burgers are INCREDIBLE, I order sweet potato fries and they were absolutely cold ?Great burgers, not the best service

There were plenty of people working so we can’t blame it on lack of help, just help that was in the wrong profession! We received one menu for two of us and it too longer than average to order. Burgers were ordered which the side was fries. Twice each we requested “crispy” fries. Burgers and fries arrive in a small frying pan. The burgers were great, the fries were not cooked and not even close to crispy. We both did not eat the fries. The server only came back after we finished the burger to check on the food. We advised our disappointment of expecting a great burger we got that) with crispy fries which we did not get). She noted on the order crispy, the cook we guess didn’t know how to prepare them. She offered a replacement of fries however we finished our burger and did not want them nor to take them home as she offered. We asked for credit and check. After five or so minutes with still no bill, the server brings us new fries, supposedly crispy as we declined them. We were advised that no credit would be offered as fries came with the burger as a “ set” price. Not even a discount! Our server showed no emotion or checked up frequently on how our experience was. Have written hundreds of reviews this was not a good experience and this place is off our list to come back too

The pork belly was nothing but fat you couldn't chew. The bacon was barely cooked. My fries were all pieces less than 2 Long like it was the bottom of the bag. The service was terrible.... our waitress stayed at the table beside us talking to what appeared to be friends and left us hanging. For my meal it was $20.00. I won't go back.

They wer... read more Took almost 2 hours for all of the food to come out and there were only 3 tables full in the whole place. Food is good but not worth that kind of wait. They were out of A LOT as well and we were there very early in the evening, drinks, food, it seemed like everything had to be altered because they didn’t have the inventory. Very disappointing.

Once seated, we placed our drink order and waited for 20 minutes with no sign of our server returning. The table behind us was seated and served their drinks within 10 minutes. Despite there being a total of 4 waiters and only 6 tables, we will not be returning to or recommending this restaurant.

We came here for the first time today, and... read more This place is a hidden gem! I would never have discovered it if I hadn't visited the pediatrician across the street. We came here for the first time today, and the service was incredibly quick and attentive. The food was simply outstanding—if you enjoy spicy food, you have to try the Diablo burger. The burgers are cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. We were too full to try a shake, but they looked fantastic. We will definitely be returning soon. Five-plus stars all the way!!!!!

The service was not great; it was quite slow and our server seemed unfamiliar with the menu. I'm hoping that was just because they were new. On the bright side, the food was fantastic! We really enjoyed the sunshine-loaded fries, and the burgers were unique and delicious. The cocktails were quite sweet but still really good. I loved the casual yet trendy atmosphere. I will definitely return to try more!

This is such a fantastic spot for incredible milkshake creations. My daughter absolutely loved the “It’s a surprise” shake, while I enjoyed the Dreamsicle. The atmosphere is really neat, too. We noticed some delicious-looking food being served to other tables, so we’re definitely planning to return!

It was a little busy as expected for any restaurant on a Friday night, but the wait was well worth it because the food was absolutely superb. I will definitely recommend this hidden gem to friends and family and will be back to try other menu items. The Mac cheese burger is a must try!!!

We drive about 45 minutes to go there, but it’s worth it!! The food and shakes are amazing! Update: they seemed to be short staffed this visit (2/2022). Food was still good, but we had to wait over an hour. Consider time when you go. We had young children with us this visit so that was hard to manage with the wait being so long.

I was about to walk out after 20 minutes but at TWENTY -FIVE minutes I finally got my meal. I asked formedium and it was killed 2 times over, crunchy burger meat. The place wasn't busy, however after I was seated other peoplewalked in. BTW those 2 people who came In after me placed their orders after me got their food, ate and were gone just as I gotmy burger. I came an hour before closing there were only 4 other patrons in the restaurant. I placed my order: loaded tots, 1 Mac Daddy burger (had a lot of Mac n Cheese which is great) 1 Quesonario (had little Queso on it) and 2 sidesalads. A customer waited a few feet away from me for what feels like 10 minutes for a milk shake while she had already receivedthe rest of her carry out order, she was getting irritated and informed them that she was thinking about getting a refund for itbecause if how long it was taking to get her shake, it felt as if it took her requesting a refund for her shake to be given toher. I sat at the bar for around 20 minutes(from the time I placed my order til the time my burgers came out to me) without somuch as a word of when my order would be ready, I did hear a lot of commotion from the kitchen which sounded like laughter andtalking. by then I was the only customer left. The two servers I saw looked a little stressed but were polite when they didspeak to me throughout my experience. A few minutes later I was informed that my food was ready but there were no more saladsavailable, I told the server that I would take sweet potato fries instead. She came back a few minutes later with both burgersand told me they had enough lettuce for 1 salad and again asked what side I would like in place of the other salad which Irepeated sweet potato fries. Because they had to be cooked it took a few more minutes which meant my burgers would have to sitat the bar with me getting cold. The salad looks as if it were just thrown together a 3 strips of bacon which looked as if theyhad been put in a fryer, chopped lettuce and two thick slices of tomato and a few carrot strings. By the time my fries came outto me it was past 9:30pm. I would have rather the burgers had been kept under heat if possible while I waited for the fries tofinish cooking so they would not get cold.
