I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I requested to be seated away from others due to medical reasons, and they accommodated me without any issues. Had dinner at Giannos Italian Restaurant the other night, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and great portion sizes. The pricing was very reasonable, making it a great value for such high-quality dishes. On top of that, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I just want to say that this has been one of my best dining experiences at a restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect, but I have to particularly highlight the customer service, which was a 10/10. I don't know if it was because of Amber and her husband Rafael, who took care of us, but they were the nicest people. I felt so comfortable, almost like I was at home. I'm usually very picky and tend to avoid restaurants because I don't receive good service, but I will definitely be coming back. I've been to other places with great food, but the customer service here truly elevates the dining experience.
We arrived at Sat around 4:45 PM and had to wait about 20 minutes, which was reasonable. The food and service were excellent, but the bread was the worst I've ever had at a restaurant; it reminded me of leftovers reheated in the microwave. The bill was fair for four people, and as we left, the parking lot was packed with people waiting to enter. Overall, we had an A+ experience and will definitely return!
Service and staff were very friendly. The portion sizes were large and prices were very affordable. Will definitely be back!
I visited for lunch and opted for the lunch buffet, which I believe was about $10. When I entered, the staff immediately asked me what kind of pizza I wanted, ensuring it would be available on the buffet. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Great tasting authentic Italian food. Be aware the sauce is on the sweet side?. If you don?t like sweet pasta sauce you may not love this food. It?s easy to get a table and no waiting on a Friday evening after work. We saw only one waitress with way too much to keep up with. She did have ?helpers? and Overall she did pretty ok, but I?m sure if the place was staffed properly she would have been really great. Most importantly, the food was delicious, I would recommend. The staffing and the efficiency of the server could have been better for sure.

We arrived about 1645 on Sat and there was about a 20 min wait, not bad. The food and service were great, the bread was probably the worst I 've ever had at a restaurant and tasted like left over microwaved dinner rolls from S*m 's C**b. The tab wasreasonable for 4 people and when we left, the parking lot was packed with people waiting to get in. Our overall experience getsan A and we 'll definitely be back!
The food was amazing, but overall our favorite part was the way we were received and felt so welcome by the staff, specifically by amber and Rafael. Amber was always making us laugh and she would always make sure that we were ok. By far one one of ourfavorite restaurants. This truly shows that great customer service makes the difference.
Love this place! Got a to go order and one dish was missing I went back in to let them know and they actually apologized and were so kind. I am impressed with that as many places do not value customer service anymore. I felt valued and appreciated as aperson and a customer! Excellent food and SERVICE!!

I felt so comfortable and like home.I?m usually really picky and don?t like to go to restaurants because I?m not attended good, but I?m definitely coming back. I?vetried other restaurants that have top food but the customer service just makes the food taste wayyyyyy better.
We celebrated our 9th anniversary at the place where we first met. The food was outstanding, and our server, a young lady, was wonderful. I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and my husband chose the Chicken Parmigiana, which was slightly sweet. The portions were generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Thank you, Giannos, for making our evening memorable once again.

Every time I go to North Carolina, I make it a point to take my family to this restaurant for a meal. Unfortunately, during this visit, the food did not meet the high standards I've come to expect. If there’s a new chef in charge, they definitely need more training. The service was good, but the food was quite disappointing. I paid for my meal, but to be honest, it felt like I should have been compensated for the lackluster food I received. I rated them 3 stars primarily for the service, and the restaurant itself was clean.
