The baked potatoes are HUGE and well-stuffed. The salad bar is simple but good, the coffee hot and fresh to compliment the dessert.The Haystack is a simple country cafe with excellent fois and friendly folks!Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars! The steak was so large that we shared it and... read more We happened on this cafe while out driving. The ribeye steak was excellent. It came with the salad bar and a side. The steak was so large that we shared it and got our own salad bar and side. Still more food than we could eat. I will definitely stop again when I am in Higgins, Texas!
