The baked potato... read more Saturday night is Steak Night, and they do not disappoint!My ribeye is always delicious! Cooked to order and covered with mushrooms and onions. The baked potatoes are HUGE and well-stuffed. The salad bar is simple but good, the coffee hot and fresh to compliment the dessert.The Haystack is a simple country cafe with excellent fois and friendly folks!Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars! The steak was so large that we shared it and got our own salad bar and side. Still more food than we could eat. I will definitely stop again when I am in Higgins, Texas!
