Pizza Hut - Hickory

Unbelievable. I ordered pizza to pick up and it was wrong. the personal was very polite and said I could keep the pizza and they would fix me another one. since I patiently waited for another 45 minutes, I observed that every single person who had ordered the pick-up of their order was wrong. everyone has the same polite answer that they could keep their pizza and they would make them another. then I noticed that even the people in whom it was fed received false commands. if they want a bogo today, the day is. I don't know who owns this franchise, but the place can't make a win. Good luck. I rated this as 2 stars, as the personal was at least apologetic and my 2nd pizza looks like it was good.

Great eating as usual. they simply have geduld when they call in a phone system, have problems. best to make their order online or in business for a few days.

My man spent almost $50.00 on the triple bdb and all four of us were sick all night. nothing like hearing that you little boy get sick. my man said the muse tasted funny.

The personal is unprofessional and lazy. my man and I ordered from here two days ago to the first (and last) times. I left feedback and no one has contacted me yet. the personal does not care if the order is correct and does not answer the phone at all. we have paid for several sauces with our order and only get one and we saw through the window as they specifically ignored us when we tried to get their attention to our other sauce. I even chased the horn and two different employees went past the window and gave us no attention at all. allegedly the manager was also in business and did nothing. the pizza they made was not good and I couldn't even eat a piece of it. the sauce on the pizza and the marinara sauce I ordered on the side were completely different. I'm pregnant and that threw off my whole taste and didn't make it worth eating. sauce was too sweet and tastefully diluted. one of the worst food/customer service experiences I recently received.

I never received my order when I call noone answered the phone I stayed on hold for 20 mins with no answer finally hung up called dominos and had then delivery food
