Last minute decision to take a drive led us to Hickory for Saturday night date night. We are always ready for a culinary adventure. Fourk has some awesome staff that care about customer experiences. We started out with the Ahi Tuna Avocado appetizer which was so delicious my husband ordered another. The sun-dried tomatoes in the seafood mélange added some extra flavor that had me reminiscing of my time in Italy years ago. The manager was delightful. She took time to speak with me even though she
We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night around 5:30pm. The restaurant wasn't too busy and were seated immediately. The place was clean and staff was friendly. They had an interesting menu. We had the baked brie which had crushed pecans and cinnamon which was really good but really didn't come with enough bread. We also had the ahi tuna appetizer which was delicious. I also had the shrimp tacos which were good but I think they could of used a crema to finish the tacos. Overall a great experien
Great ambiance and our waiter was fantastic. The food however left a lot to be desired. The lobster dip was the highlight of the meal, and drinks were fantastic. If it wasn 't for disappointing entrees I would of given it 5 stars. I ordered the Korean pork, and was excited to try it. It was a very large charred pork chop that was extremely bland. Apparently a marinade was used, butit wasn 't sweet and spicy as described on the menu. Rice was very bland as well and some pieces were undercooked. My dateordered the seafood mélange, and wasn 't impressed. Seafood was good, but the pasta left a lot to be desired and she 's a pastalover. Overall I 'd recommend giving it a try but avoid the Korean pork .
Wow! Fresh and delicious food. We had the Cesar Salad with blackened salmon, the shrimp tacos with the BEST sweet potato fries (don?t forget the honey and honey mustard dipping sauce), and ended the meal with some blackberry wine pound cake. WOW! So muchflavor in everything. Staff was kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
