They were out of warm bowls and the bread... read more We arrived around 630 and they were out of every pastry except one chocolate chip cookie and a pan of cinnamon rolls. They were out of warm bowls and the bread needed to make certain sandwiches. I understand shortages but this was poor planning for pastries. This is Panera. You didn't plan properly to stay open until 9pm with sufficient amount of pastries. I asked if they had been abnormally busy and the girl at the register said no. I have never been to a Panera like this before.
