It's a Panera! It got the job done! Everyone was kind to my kids, and the bathrooms were acceptably clean!Food: 4/5

We arrived around 630 and they were out of every pastry except one chocolate chip cookie and a pan of cinnamon rolls. They were out of warm bowls and the bread needed to make certain sandwiches. I understand shortages but this was poor planning for pastries. This is Panera. You didn't plan properly to stay open until 9pm with sufficient amount of pastries. I asked if they had been abnormally busy and the girl at the register said no. I have never been to a Panera like this before.

I ordered a baja chicken bowl. The baja chicken I received looked nothing like the advertised pic. No tomatos, beans or corn. It was a half bowl of creamy rice, avocado and very little chicken. Will not eat their again. Was not worth 2 meals for $30.
