Although I used the drive through only today, I had great service and they got my drink order correct? As I ordered unsweet tea.. there have been a few times at different McDonald's that when I order unsweet tea I get sweet tea so I'm very happy when the order is right! View all feedback. I ordered a hot carmel latte and they did not put the lid on good. The lid came off and it spilled on my neck, chest and hand scalding me. I filed a report and was told someone would contact me and to date no one has reached out. View all feedback.
