This was a great place to do a birthday party! Chad was amazing as the captain. He and his daughter was so nice and genuinely helpful. What Hickory Chic doesn't like about Lake Hickory Marina And Boat Rental:
Went out of our way to come here this evening bc we had been wanting to try it. Google said they close at 8 so we arrived at 7:15 to get a quick bite. Had dogs and couldn’t bring them inside. Were told by 3 people someone would come outside to help us. They continued to walk past us over and over and ignore us for 25 minutes and help other people. We got frustrated and left. We rented a boat for a bachelorette weekend! What a fun outing! The owners were helpful and kind! Great day!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! It's cozy, comfortable atmosphere and decor are wonderful. The food is your basic marina/pub fare. I had a cheeseburger basket with tater tots and a tea. It was really good. The service was great. The owners are very friendly and do their very best to make the customers feel welcomed and taken care of. I was very impressed and will make this a regular stop to grab a bite and relax. I recommend it highly. Very reasonably priced, also.
We went to check this place out, there were 4 ladies. Excellent place to just have bit to eat and a nice drinks to enjoy the outside. We had pizza, very good. This pub is so sweet, very clean, very tentative. Prices was great, cheap. I will go again and bring more friends. The new owners are very young and so sweet. Let's keep them in business. Hope to see you there, save me a seat. ENJOY !!
Great time chatting during the rain today after walking Riverwalk. Staff are awesome and Dan the owner is very friendly and absolutely wants to create a great place for all of us. They are off to a great start! See you soon!
To the New owners!! Had to stop by to check things out, and glad we did! We loved the atmosphere and hospitality you and your staff bring to the marina. I The Kids had fun on the paddle boards and playing mini golf. Us Parents enjoyed the drinks and food at the pub while enjoying the views. Will be back to rent some pontoons!
