I came here for breakfast and my order was literally rock solid freezing cold like they just took it out the freezer and served it as is, I went back to get a fresh one and it seemed warm on the outside and when I bit into it, it was still cold!! Horrible experience. Never coming back to this location again

I went yesterday to this location and I ordered a number 8 which cost almost 13 dollars, when I got to the window they gave the complete wrong order, and on top... read more I went yesterday to this location and I ordered a number 8 which cost almost 13 dollars, when I got to the window they gave the complete wrong order, and on top of that when they change it the sandwich, well this meal is supposed to bring onions rings andbacon well it came with ONE LITTLE HALF PIECE OF BACON AND NO ONIONS RIGNS AT ALL, didn?t bring any sauce as well, it was just apice of meat with cheese , this is a almost 13 dollars sandwich When I went inside to let them know the employee including themanager were very rude and unprofessional instead of accepting their bad service , she just told me that the was the way thesandwich is, I ask for a refund, when I was talking to her she turn around, and the other employee were laughing, this is veryunprofessional and disrespectful, it is very important that Wendy?s which is a big company learn how to properly hires andproperly train their staff including the Managers, I will never eat at a Wendy?s again just because you should get the correctservice and food for what you are paying no less, and I will call and file a complaint because this is unacceptable!!!
