Wendy's - Hialeah

Eating was okay, but warm. they have to ask for serviettes and seasonings. not sure why wendy now thinks romaine salat goes on a sandwich with the stalk, but that is not appropriate or tasteful.

Ordenes 2. Biscuits, Lady at the Windows din't say a word, no fue contact, no hello, no thank you, absolutely atrocious. Madera Walt like 5 minutes for the order. A nice Lady delivered to the car.

This Wendy's is right next to my house so it should be convenient, right? Too bad this is the worst Wendy's in Dade County. It never fails for them to fail. Either it's the wrong item, missing food, or their printer is always broken so they can't provide receipts. I'm pretty sure a receipt is standard, but nope. Not here. This place has even given me food poisoning. You would think at some point over the years, they would improve, but they never do. It sucks because Wendy's is my favorite, but this location is awful. I've been waiting over 25 minutes in my car for my order with no receipt and the dining room is closed for some reason so I can't even check on the order. I had to wait for an employee to come to the door who just said they needed more time. More time? Really???

Very rude employees litally close the drive thru window while i was trying to say thank u. Ridiculous sounded like they had a party in there . And the manager forget it she was the one closing the window. Not even a damm you welcome

It wasn't bad, service was a little slow but other than that it was cool.
