The staff often have a poor attitude and seem more interested in talking to each other than listening to customers, which means you'll find yourself repeating your order multiple times. The sandwiches are pre-made, and if you order one, don’t expect them to ask if you want any condiments; you have to specify everything yourself. The employees are usually in a hurry or distracted, so they don’t even heat the sandwiches properly. Additionally, all the baked goods are supplied by a distributor, meaning that they don’t do any baking themselves.

However, I waited and waited, and... read more On April 9th, I placed an order for pick-up at 9:30 a.m. I arrived five minutes early and notified the staff that I was there. However, I waited and waited, and no one brought out my order. Eventually, I had to go inside to inquire about it, only to find that my order was just sitting on the counter. The café was cold, and the pan tostada was disappointing. To make matters worse, the woman at the coffee counter was rude. I had to ask the same question twice before I finally got a response!

I waited for ten m... read more The food is generally good, but the service can be inconsistent. Unfortunately, my experience today (April 23rd at 6:30 PM) was a total miss. I waited for ten minutes while three employees attended to only six customers. Three of us, including myself, were left without any service. It would be beneficial to have staff who can proactively check on customers who need assistance, especially when it comes to pre-prepared items. I spent ten minutes waiting for something that could have been handed to me and paid for in less than three minutes.

Service lacks quite a bit along with attitude and a smile Went there today and ordered some pastries and wanted a Cafe Bonbon (1/2 espresso and 1/2 condensed mil). Well, I was told they didn't have any. So did the lady mean they had no espresso or no condensed mil?? I know it was total BS but I ended up taking less than what I came in for and will go to the Miami Lakes location next time. This place needs a lot of work!
