The food is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful as well. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out this Hialeah-themed spot—you won't be disappointed!

I've been visiting Stephens since I was a child and have witnessed some less-than-ideal changes over the years. However, I'm really excited about the new owners. The management and staff are wonderful; they are the main reason I'll continue to return. And of course, the food is incredible!

It 's like stepping into a time machine! I went on Henderson Junior Biggers Day, who was hired by the original Stephen 's Deli inNovember 1957 3 years after it opened. He is Udonis Haslem 's grandfather and is retiring this December. That 's what I calldedication and loyalty!???? Started things off with a citrus hazy NA IPA and Latkes, 6 small fried potato pancakes servedwith sour cream apple sauce. Main course was the Newman 's Jewban Sandwich. While the menu claims It was voted one of the 25best sandwiches in the world, it doesn 't begin to describe the flavor of the corned beef! I 'm definitely coming back to thetry the Vegan Chocolate Mousse. Be sure to visit the bathroom for the murals and to access La Cocina speakeasy.
