The $20 fill-up box is perfect for my family and me! What I appreciate about this location is that they actually let you customize the sides, unlike other places where you're stuck with coleslaw, which none of us eat, or only allowed to swap out one side, which is frustrating. The drive-thru service is usually quite fast, and I'm always pleased with the food quality when I get home.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. There were no salads or tomatoes available, and there were no military discounts either. The woman taking my order spoke very little English, and when I tried to order a chicken sandwich, she kept mentioning only the combo. I was confused and thought she was saying I could only order the combo, but she actually meant they wanted to focus only on the sandwich options or include them in the combo. Overall, it was quite frustrating.
Everytime I go here they get the order wrong . Worst customer service ever. Today at 1:30 went for lunch and once again incorrect order . Last time I eat kfc I’d rather eat bland McDonald’s next door Atleast they get the order right
Ate a famous bowl at this location and the popcorn chicken tasted like rocks, then I woke up with a real bad stomach virus. Will never ever eat KFC again in my life.
