Yesterday, I ordered donuts through the doordash app for pick up. I went to the location when I received a notification that my order was ready. Thenight shift worker (Robert) of Dunkin Donuts shut down the store at 12.30 am and refused to accept any orders and give to me myorder. He also said he didn't receive my order. I got very confused, was this place really open 24/7 or not? Who decided theopening and the closing times? I attached the picture from yesterday. the sign says it's open 24-7 whereas the store was closedat midnight.

Parking is limited, which can... read more This restaurant has been around for more than 40 years, and there have been minimal changes to its style and decor over the years. Parking is limited, which can be inconvenient. I visited at 5:00 AM and found only one employee handling both walk-in customers and online orders. Poor guy was struggling to manage everything on his own. I ordered an egg sandwich and was surprised to find out that the egg patty was a frozen, pre-made product. Even McDonald's uses real eggs! Naturally, there was a line of customers waiting to place their orders, and the lone employee did his best to keep up with the crowd, but it was disappointing to have to wait so early in the morning. After all the Dunkin' Donuts commercials promise quick service. When staffing is short, the owner should consider stepping in to help.

As an immigrant, my experience may seem unusual to some, but I want to share my thoughts on this excellent restaurant. It's a fantastic place, and I definitely recommend it!
