The drink Iasked for tasted like water and ice.

My girlfriend ordered a dozen munchkins through mobile pickup—5 jelly munchkins and 5 pumpkin munchkins. When we arrived, the rest of our order was ready, but t... read more My girlfriend ordered a dozen munchkins through mobile pickup—5 jelly munchkins and 5 pumpkin munchkins. When we arrived, the rest of our order was ready, but there was no bag of munchkins. I inquired about them, and the staff informed me that they had run out of jelly munchkins and that the last batch of pumpkin munchkins had been sold to a customer who left just moments before us. My main complaint is that when an order is placed with specific items, those items should be set aside. In the end, we had to settle for just one pumpkin muffin and even lost 20 cents on the order, with no compensation offered. This was not our first experience with issues at this location, so we won't be returning.

They didn't provide full-service dining. Several times, they didn't have what I wanted, and I eventually gave up. I would only return for the popular doughnuts. The staff at the counter were friendly, though. It's a shame because the location is excellent.

I order... read more I’m not particularly fond of this location. While my wife and I appreciate the franchise, this specific branch isn’t very welcoming to English speakers. I ordered a macchiato, and it took them multiple attempts to get it right. They even tried to put the blame on us for the confusion. Nonetheless, we did eventually get our order.
