On a... read more Yesterday, December 2, we visited the dinner buffet and found the restaurant to be quite chilly, which caused our food to cool down much faster than usual. On a positive note, the flavors and variety of the dishes were impressive. However, our waiter could use some additional training in etiquette. Whenever we thanked him for refilling our water glasses, whether in English or Spanish, he didn’t respond. At one point, he reached over my wife’s plate while she was still eating to grab a plastic glove provided by the restaurant for the buffet line, without saying "excuse me" or offering an apology. We considered this to be rather rude. I believe management should address proper table manners with the waiter.

This restaurant is a buffet-style establishment and has become my favorite among all others. The variety of food is impressive and absolutely mouthwatering. They offer seafood, ceviche, meats, chicken, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, beans, salads, and much more. I just wish I had a location like this closer to Orlando! It was a bit crowded, but they quickly found us a table. Since it was my cousin's birthday, the staff graciously sang her a birthday song, which was a lovely touch. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place—100%!
