This place is truly disappointing. I waited in line for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though I could see employees inside the restaurant. There were six cars behind me that also weren’t being served. UPDATE: It took a total of 40 minutes for someone to finally attend to me and hand me my food, and I was first in line the entire time. It wasn't even a matter of being understaffed because I noticed that there were plenty of employees working. They simply seemed indifferent to the drive-thru customers. I'm extremely frustrated by how long this took, especially since the person told me they'd be right with me when I arrived. I would never recommend this place; I hope they make significant changes.
