Unfortunately, the food was not... read more The customer service was disappointing. I understand they are putting in a lot of effort, but good customer service is crucial. Unfortunately, the food was not tasty at all. It’s also concerning that they handle cash and then touch the food. They really need to prioritize hygiene to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

The... read more This place is truly disappointing. I waited in line for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though I could see employees inside the restaurant. There were six cars behind me that also weren’t being served. UPDATE: It took a total of 40 minutes for someone to finally attend to me and hand me my food, and I was first in line the entire time. It wasn't even a matter of being understaffed because I noticed that there were plenty of employees working. They simply seemed indifferent to the drive-thru customers. I'm extremely frustrated by how long this took, especially since the person told me they'd be right with me when I arrived. I would never recommend this place; I hope they make significant changes.
