We used the reception room at the back which was lovely, decor is modern an looks newly refurbished. Industrial look with scaffolding pole and planks to make the table, comfy chairs. Everything was super clean. Staff very friendly and constantly looking after us. View all feedback. What Jean B doesn't like about The New Albany:
This Hotel was terrible no restaurant and 2nd night we arrived back to abig fight with tables being thrown and people's heads up bleeding not what 2 ladies on there own need View all feedback.
