This is definitely the best fish and chips place around! Everything is freshly cooked to order, and the service is friendly and efficient. They serve only the best fish and chips in Hexham! They also accept phone orders, but I haven't tried that yet since their number has recently changed. Typically, the wait time for your order to be cooked is around 10-15 minutes. View all feedback.

Delicious fish with a perfect batter. The portion sizes were generous. Although a few chips were slightly undercooked, the overall experience was very good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
I had a great experience with the fish and chips here. The service was excellent, and I dined in for lunch. The average price per person is around £10-20. The food was outstanding—definitely a 5 out of 5! I highly recommend trying the haddock, chips, and mushy peas.

What a fantastic experience beautiful cooked fish dishes served with care and attention. very recommended by the ambulance crew.
The food arrived quickly, and it looked and smelled fantastic. Oh my goodness, the taste was out of this world! The chips were "proper chips" — crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fish was perfectly crispy, golden, and juicy, and the mushy peas were simply divine, the best I've ever had. They were sweet, not too heavy, and absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, and I also sampled the squid with curry sauce, which was excellent as well! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our visit such a highlight of the day. We will definitely be back!
An unexpected find and so glad we did! We had the sharing platter, (fish cake, scampi cod in batter) with chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce. The batter was light and crisp and everything was so delicious. Swift service too We’d love to re-visit but live in Scotland ! Recommended.
Come here every monday with my mam in the restaurant and order the pensioners special,small cod and chips with bread and butter, tea or coffee and mushy peas for £9!! absolutely amazing food for amazing prices! we absolutely love it here and will continue coming here. so nice !
Have eaten here a good few times and the food is awesome. The haddock is always amazing with lovely light batter and so fresh it falls apart. Nice crisp chips too. The place is always ultra clean which is really reassuring.
