The milkshakes were so ridiculous I do recommend splitting one with someone or spli... read more The Chocolatier was a little gimmicky and expensive but it was a lot of fun. The milkshakes were so ridiculous I do recommend splitting one with someone or splitting and entree and getting your own milkshake. It was too much food but so delicious. On top of it all, our server, Becky, was so patient, friendly, and fun and the hostesses were welcoming and outgoing. I would absolutely come back for the fun of it.

Our server was fabulous. The food was just ok. I usually have the salmon, which is always amazing. But this time I had the chicken and waffles. It was good, but the waffles were very crisp and hard to cut. Nothing stood out as being delicious. Just good. But we will be back. There are a lot of things we still want to try.

There was no warmth or friendliness in her demeanor, and it felt... read more Upon checking in, we were greeted by a hostess who seemed disinterested and unhappy in her job. There was no warmth or friendliness in her demeanor, and it felt like she had rather be anywhere else than working that day. Once we were seated, we placed our orders in a reasonable timeframe but then had to wait an hour for our food to arrive. Our server was doing her best, but it seemed she had too many tables to manage. To give you a good idea, our group of four ordered simple dishes: house salads, pizza, tacos, pretzel dippers, and a kids’ meal. When our food finally arrived, the items that were supposed to be hot were served cold. While the food itself was tasty and the portion sizes were adequate, the overall experience—especially the long wait and the cold food—was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I wouldn't have minded the $100 cost for such a modest order, but given everything that transpired, it was pretty disappointing. Honestly, we don’t plan to return.
