What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a caramel macchiato. Maybe it was good, I'm not sure. They usually add a lot of whipped cream, which I don't like too much. They were out of whipped cream, so the barista offered to pour some from behind the counter. I agreed, but asked for only a small amount. Fast, good coffee to help with very stressful situations
I was at Starbucks Hershey Penn State Med Center. I will NEVER go back. Manager was ignorant. Made a comment “ I hope you don’t think your getting your drinks for free” bc my card was not working. I work there and NEVER will go back . He shouldn’t be working with the public.
Unbelievably bad service. I asked for no foam and when questioned the girl gave the worst attitude. Of all places to encounter a snotty, poor attitude at a hospital? Will never go back.
