I personally hadn't done eating or drinking wrong here, but after I was complained several times when I waited for my order, I can't go here several times. the people are constantly coming from the drive-thru to complain. I saw how a woman was told that they had no chocolate donuts, so that they then pointed to the two trades of them and told them they had them. the owners have decided to work here and it is terrible. they are rude to people and they don't know what they do. They are always confused who ordered what and what they even ordered (uh, read the ticket? the müll can (there is only one that is not enough for this place) is always overrun. in two places there was a baptism (no exaggeration) müll on the floor, as the dose was flooded. they have an outer seat area on which they can't put a waste so that they can throw their müll on the floor. the only reason this place will remain in business is because it is in a tourist city.

If you're going to mess around on the clock... At least don't do it in front of customers ?? I'm a retail manager and I have to yell at my employees for doing it and ignoring customers.

Despite multiple attempts to get a refund, nobody was willing to take responsibility. They even provided me with the wrong number for the district manager. This lack of professionalism is concerning, especially considering they are making a profit from these double charges.
