If I order on the a... read more Never do they ever have baked potatoes. It doesn't matter what time I go through their drive thru they do not have baked potatoes available. If I order on the app and try to pick up, it us a 15 to 20 min wait because they need to cook the bakedpotato. I emailed the corporate chain and had no response. There is never a reason given, such as broken equipment or low stockof produce. At this point its like a big joke. Also, the French fries at this location are never fresh. By the time I reach myhome, about six blocks away, they are cold and chewy. I was so excited for our town to get a Wendy's and it has been nothing buta disappointment for the last 2 years.

They said we had to wait... read more If I could give a half a star I would. I went there and order 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 2 small chilis. They said we had to wait for them to cook bacon and we said ok. We get to the window and pay and the guys tells us itwill take 30 minutes for the bacon so I asked for my money back. He goes and get the manager. The manager come to the window andhe said it would take 16 minutes for the bacon. We said that's fine. Manager tells us to pull up and shows us where to park andwe did. He said they would bring the food out to us when ready. So 30 minutes later still no food. My husband goes in and therewas a different manager working. She says that the original manager that told us to park, told them we drove off. My husband gotupset and they just gave the money back. He come back out and i went in. A girl admitted to me that they forgot about us and themanager heard her and tried saying she was lying that they were told we drove off. Then the manager proceeds to say I gave themoney back so what's the problem. I said I didnt wait for 40 minutes outside to go home with no food. I want my food. Themanager was rude and said I was threatening her when I didnt. Needles to say an hour after I first arrived at Wendy's I finallygot my food. Never again will I go there and I'm definitely calling corporate.

I ordered a 50 piece spicy chicken nuggets to share with my friends and while we were waiting I saw an employee put the nuggets into the bucket with bare hands... read more I ordered a 50 piece spicy chicken nuggets to share with my friends and while we were waiting I saw an employee put the nuggets into the bucket with bare hands without washing after using the register. Thats how germs and sickness spread so we asked the employee to remake it and they did. As we are sitting down enjoying our chicken nuggets a manager of some sort comes to our table, hands us the money we paid and told us to get out or she would call the police. We still wanted to get something so we tried drive-thru but she intercepted the person working at the drive-thru, refused service, and threatened to call the police again! God forbid you have to service a customer!!!! Half the employees seemed like they were on drugs so I assume thats what caused me to be kicked out of the Restaurant for requesting that I be served sanitary food. Never going here again, and I would recommend anyone else to stay away from this location.

The sandwich was served so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt. I won’t be returning. Poor service and disappointing food.

However, the drive-thru line was quite slow, which is why I rated the service a 3. This is a new location in Herrin, Illinois.
