Food was finished and hot when brought out to me and the service was given quickly and with a smile from the server. What I could only imagine was a smile with the eyes squinted because she was wearing her mask. Overall a great experience.

After my husband was recently discharged from the hospital, he wanted a grilled chicken breast to take home. However, the way I was treated during our visit has made me decide never to return. The floor tiles were greasy, which caused me to slip and fall near the entrance. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, none of the staff or customers witnessed the accident. When I was hurt, the employees insisted I get up, but I was in too much pain and just wanted my husband to help. Eventually, with their assistance, we managed to get me into the car without putting pressure on my injured knee and shoulders. When filling out the accident report, the staff said there was no surveillance footage, no witnesses, the floors were not regularly mopped, and shockingly, they claimed the restaurant had no insurance. Instead of offering proper care or support, they only tried to give us some chicken to take to the hospital, repeatedly asking about it as if that would make up for everything. I later found out I had a fractured knee and multiple broken bones in my shoulder, one of which was initially missed and required surgery. For such a large company, I expected at least a follow-up call out of common courtesy, but I never heard from them. Their lack of concern and questionable handling of the situation is truly disappointing.

I requested only legs and thighs—5 orig... read more Stopped by KFC for a bucket and ordered the $30 meal (10 pieces, 3 sides, half-gallon drink, 4 cookies, and 4 biscuits). I requested only legs and thighs—5 original and 5 extra crispy. However, I only received 3 original pieces; out of the 10, only 5 were edible, as the rest were dry and had clearly been kept under the warmer too long. The mashed potatoes were disappointing, and the mac and cheese was just average. The coleslaw and biscuits were alright.
