Clean, always courteous service and the orders are always correct. The employees that works are always upbeat and good with the customers. It would be nice if they still had the Buffet. when I'm in the mood for KFC, this is the location I go to in Herrin.

The customer service was fantastic, especially from the shift leader, Justin. This KFC is one of the nicest and cleanest locations we have visited in a long time.
