They didn't even bother... read more We were given undercooked food. I have never had pink roast beef from Arby's. We had takeout, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They didn't even bother to give us new sandwiches and said this was normal/cooked correctly. We went back home and ended up having to microwave the meat. I made the mistake of putting it back on the same bun rather than using fresh bread. Now I have stomach cramps 2 hours later. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with fast food.

Big thumbs down, Arby, on the same price shakes that are much smaller sizes as of 2-3 weeks ago. You're no different than DQ now. That's a major disappointment because that's the one menu item you had that kept me coming back consistently and it filled the bellies for those of us on a budget. Big thumbs down.
