The worst meal I've ever had here in the Ruhr area!!! The pizza was extremely dry, the chicken was completely over-seasoned! The multi plate was a complete disaster. The fries tasted extremely crappy (like old fat), the meat wasn't that great either, and the fact that the two sauces (tzatziki, cocktail) were dumped together in a plastic container and mashed together doesn't work at all!

I was assured that the food should be there in the next 3-4 minutes. Called again after 5 minutes. The food was supposedly delivered to the neighbor downstairs. It's just a shame we don't have a neighbor downstairs. It turned out that the food was delivered to a regular customer with the same last name. Just completely ridiculous.
