I had an amazing experience at Papa John's pizza thanks to Roy! The pizza he made was perfect, with a crispy crust and soft interior. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the sauce had a delicious kick. The cheese was melted to perfection. Roy was efficient in making the pizza and his customer service was excellent. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The pizza arrived with a thick layer of butter/garlic sauce covering half the bottom, which was not appealing. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to a person named George who offered to refund my money but suggested I request a new pizza instead. I ordered a filled crust extra cheesy alfredo soße large pizza and they have hardly put alfredo soße in the pizza. there was so little sauce that the center (tips of pizza slices) was flattened with cheese, which was melted on the teig that gave it a clear dark color. Never buy from papa johns, they calculate absurd quantities for pizza, which is not even good quality.
Has canceled my order without telling me. I had two missed calls and no voicemail, I go to check my order and it was deleted ..
I was Upset that they forgot the pineapple but pizza was very delicious.
The crust is stretched so thin on their pizzas. Worst Papa Johns in Northern Virginia. You've been warned.
I’m really disappointed with the service, they left my order near my door with out touch my ring and it was full of insects, I went to the store for talk to the manager and he was really mad at me.
