Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Ashburn

This was one of the two places available for food early in One Loudoun, the other being Starbucks. We ordered a smoothie and an egg burrito, and both were excellent.

The food was moldy! The smoothie was good, but now I have my doubts.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered food to go and didn’t check my bag thoroughly when I picked it up. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called to explain the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I needed to speak to a manager in person. When I arrived, they continued to argue with me. Eventually, I became frustrated and left without resolving the issue. After this experience, I will look for other locations in the future.

I am a huge fan of tropical flavors, but unfortunately, I have an allergy to pineapple (such a disappointment!). However, every time I’ve ordered from here, they have gladly accommodated my request to substitute pineapple with lime in the BAHAMA MAMA, which is definitely my favorite smoothie on the menu!

They don't know when to stop pouring, and it creates a huge mess. You end up spending more time cleaning than enjoying your meal.
