Baskin-robbins - Herndon

I haven't been here in so many years. I used to order an ice cream cake here for my dog's birthday. She never ate the ice cream in the cake. After several years, I stopped ordering her a cake and instead I would take her in a vacation, whuch she definitely prefers over an ice cream cake. She just turned 10; time flies. I drive by this shopping center almost everyday, and this evening, I got a BR calling ?. I prefer ice cream at creameries where the ice cream is made with milk from free roam, pasture raised, happy cows. I ran out of those ice cream and didn't see any that I wanted at Whole Food. Anyway the young lady working tonight was so polite, patient, and helpful. She pointed out the prepackaged containers $6.49, and mentioned that they are cheaper than the freshly packed, $8.69. She also offered sampling, if I wanted to try somthing.I picked up a container of prepacked mint chip and freshly packed triple mango. The triple mango was delicious; I had a sample. The mango aroma was great and the ice cream was smooth and wasn't overly sweet. It was perfect. I need to come here more often for ice cream instead of going to the grocery store. I saw my favorite cherry jubilee, which is what I almost always get, and wanted the rum raisin, too... next time. She was such a great employee that I gave her a nice tip.

There's one thing I've noticed about Baskin Robbins online and that's the pink straws their cups have, which I find cute. Problem is, a lot of their locations have merged with Dunkin Donuts, changing to their orange straws.Knowing this, I visited this particular Baskin Robbins to get one of these cups for my collection. The woman inside was nice, and along with my milkshake and pink straw, I even got one of the long spoons by request!Though I've spent over half of this review talking about the “cute straw”, I'll say, my vanilla milkshake was good! Even five hours after buying the milkshake, it still tastes good.In conclusion, if you want a good milkshake, a cute-looking straw, or even other things like I've cream, I recommend Baskin Robbins locations like this that aren't merged! (Please, never merge with Dunkin', and I might return eventually.

I was really impressed with the last-minute cake they made for me! They didn't have the characters I wanted initially, but luckily I found them in the storage. They were able to create something wonderful with what I provided. We were absolutely thrilled with the final result! Thank you so much!

When I ordered a single cup with a cone on the side, she didn’t smile or engage with us; instead, she continued to stare. She handed me the cup and asked if I wanted the cone on top, but I clarified that I wanted it on the side instead. Instead of being understanding, she raised her voice and pushed the cone towards me in a rather rude manner. I told her there was no need to raise her voice, and I requested to speak to the manager after we finished. She ignored my request and moved on to serve the next customer, leaving me standing there. That was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Fortunately, one of her colleagues stepped in to assist me with my order. He was genuinely nice and even gave the children a toy, which I greatly appreciated. His kindness really stood in stark contrast to the other staff member’s behavior.

Every year, we order a birthday cake using a photo we found online, and she never disappoints us! The cakes are always beautifully crafted and often turn out even better than the images we provide. The most recent cake we got is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this place for any ice cream cakes; you can truly see the hard work, time, and effort that goes into these designs!
