The menu included five courses, as well as an extra... read more My boyfriend and I went to Chapters to celebrate his birthday, and we had pre-booked the vegan taster menu. The menu included five courses, as well as an extra cheese course and a special off-menu amuse-bouche to begin. Each dish was incredibly tasty, with unique and delightful flavors. The vegan-friendly wines were clearly marked. At £45 per person, the meal was a great deal. We would definitely return if we find ourselves back in Hay-on-Wye. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as walk-ins are not accepted.
