I had a good overall lunch experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and satisfying. I arrived on a Friday at 11:45am, just before the lunch rush. I ordered a custom pizza and a drink. The pizza only took 2-3 minutes to cook in the oven, but I found that the middle was too soft for my liking. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly. However, I believe that 2 minutes is not suffici... View all feedback.
What Andrew Gookin doesn't like about Fire Crust:
This location is still new. At this point they're still finding their groove as to how the kitchen works and the counter. That being said give them some grace and be patient. The pizza is pretty good and I found really good leftovers. I'll go back here but feel they need a bit of time to get organized. Beer was cheap though even the good stuff.Kid-friendliness: The place was full of kids and they were having a great... View all feedback.
Best pizza in Henrietta. Staff is great and friendly , and owner is very sweet. We go there twice a month and sometimes more. Place is always super clean and our kids love it there. Mango Habanero wings are my favorite
I love most the pizza places that make personal pizzas right in front of you after you pick all your toppings. I have to say this was one of the best I've had. I had time to kill before flying home and was really hungry. Fire Crust hit the spot! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. No coke or pepsi products but the birch beers were really good! I'll definitely return next time I'm visiting upstate NY.
We ordered through Uber eats. After an hour of waiting for them to cook the meal (we could see the delivery driver was waiting at the restaurant). I called and they said our order was just going in. I said ok thank you. They finished after 1.5 hours. We got our food the wings and the pizza were ice cold. We ordered bbq wings and the wings came with no sauce on them… in the photo they are in our air fryer because we tried to heat them up, but they were rubbery and inedible. The pizza after being heated in our oven, was so chewy it was inedible, and the pizza was completely undercooked and chewy raw dough. We also ordered 2 milkshakes and only received 1. The absolute worst meal we have every received inedible undercooked food, missing items, plain items with no sauce, ice cold old food, and all this after waiting 1.5 hours! The milkshake was cold so the food must have just been sitting there for over an hour, do not order from here!!!
Overall, good lunch experience. Quick and filling.Came in on a Friday around 11:45a was just ahead of the 'rush. 'Did a build your own pie with a drink. Once your pizza is in the oven, it really does take just 2 3 minutes to cook. Ingredients were fresh and tasty, and service was friendly. The reason for docking a star? 2 minutes just isn 't long enough to cook a pizza thoroughly especially if you have more than 1 topping. The middle of the pie is too soft and doughy for my liking. To be clear, this issue isn 't limited to Fire Crust it applies to any of the quick pizza places that exist, like Blaze and Pie5, whom I 've also tried. So, in summary, I think you 'll like your food and experience just be prepared for the middle of your pizza to be underwhelming.
Rating is a 4.5/5 but I can’t quite give them a 5 star because it was $30 for 2 basic 6 slice pizzas. Other than that no complaints and the pizza was actually really good. Will definitely go back when I’m in town again.Food: 5/5
