What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
This Tropical smoothie is hit and measured. The smoothie never tastes the same and the sandwiches are either extra crisp or damp and soggy. Today they had to revive my smoothie twice. The second time it was worse. I took my watered smoothie and left. Will try again during another layer. View all feedback.
I couldn't tell who worked here and who didn't. Smoothie had full sugar in it and I asked for half. Too much, too many employees play around and stand around. I'm driving too far... this place could use some cleaning, training and professionalism.
This keeps happening over and over over the last month or so. Im completely annoyed at this point. They keep adding full sugar to my smoothie even though i say half. And the added tomatoes!!!!!!! I literally starting to hate this place
I went there earlier got mango smoothie from Tamera it tasted like a hint of mango. Turkey wrap was ok at best. I decided to go back, and the big man, as in tall, took me to the care with the mango smoothie. Oh my Gosh, I loved this smoothie was excellent not flavorless, and runny. Yummy. He Killed. Give that man a raise. I would definitely ride from across town this.
The customer service is amazing?Even when there busy. Especially in the morning! I come here pretty much 3 to 4 times a week and I have only been disappointed once?. That says a lot!
Wonderful service! Good wait time for the amount of people that were in the building. I ordered my usual, Island Green Smoothie, and it is the best one I?ve ever had. Wonderful experience!
