Initially, the staff refused to accommodate the change, claiming the item was already prepared. However, after some negotiation, they agreed to make the adjustment. We were surprised that despite their quick food preparation, we still had to wait for one item to be ready.

When I got home, I realized that both orders were incorrect - mine had the wrong meat choices and I was given a shrimp item even though I am allergic to shrimp. I returned to the restaurant but the manager said they couldn't replace the order because I had already left with it and they were low on the items I had originally requested. I had to buy a whole new order. It would have been helpful if they had informed me of the shortage before I left with the incorrect order.

Whenever I visit the drive-thru, the staff always seem to ignore me. No matter how polite I am, they never respond when I greet them or thank them. It would be nice to receive a simple "you're welcome" or just basic manners. It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially when I work in the service industry myself.

My fave i... read more I love their spring rolls, not a fan of the egg rolls and I love chinese egg rolls. These just aren't that tasty to me. Anyhow any dish u get is good. My fave is shrimp with walnuts. Yummy.
