Tasty Crab - Henrico

Tasty Crab on Fathers Day meal about 3pm and it was not too busy. Our waitress was new however extremely helpful and informative. I ordered the lobster bisque...oh my !!! Just yummy and should have ordered bowl instead of cup. I was only brave enough to order fried shrimp, fries and Cole slaw.. very good. Fries were crispy and seasoned. Shrimp was large and extremely filling. My 6yr old daughter loved her tenders and fries. My husband ordered a nice mix with Mama Dee's sauce. Our waitress was nice enough to give us little samples of the sauce which made a difference for us newbies. Best advice I can give..WEAR THE BIBS.. I tried 2 of my husband's Crab legs and splat right on my shirt regardless of how delicate I was trying to be. All in all, my husband is not usually a raving fan with food..he LOVED it and wants to go back soon.

I do not particularly care for the boil and bag style seafood, but my wife likes it, so we decided to try. We really liked it, despite the fact that I just got fried shrimp and scallops. But she got the bag with the potatoes and the sausage and the corn and all the shrimp and stuff and really liked it. They seem to be handling the covid-19 restrictions well, the restaurant was clean easily accessible, the wait was not long. Business started to pick up about the time we finished, I got the idea they were waiting on us to vacate our table, but I guess that's understandable and a busy restaurant. They also seem to do a spirited to go business.

Good food. I got the shrimp boil and added sausage it was that good didn't taste full done and the corn was a little tough. Shrimp, hush puppies and wings were delicious

We enjoyed the food and service at Tasty Crab. The fried scallops shrimp and catfish were delicious. Our table also got the 125.00 family feist that was really good too. The tip was automatically added to our party of seven though.

I went to Tasty Crab Seafood for dinner with a friend and ordered the Shrimp and Clams. Our waitress, Emily, was kind and nice. It was her first day on the job but she made our experience enjoyable and satisfying. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
