Starbucks - Feedback

What User likes about Starbucks:
I want to tip my hat to the whole team, but especially Helmut. I came in recently to pick up an order, and the multi-tier order pick-up shelf was literally overflowing. It looked like a cascade of filled Starbucks cups and specialty brews. The store was severely short-staffed. It was the 9am crush. The place was packed. It took 23 minutes to get our order. They were definitely focused on the drive through rather than inside service. I didn't see one table get wiped down while we were there. Ours was covered in crumbs, as were every other one I could see. If I return, I'll be using the drive through.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
