I want to tip my hat to the whole team, but especially Helmut. I came in recently to pick up an order, and the multi-tier order pick-up shelf was literally overflowing. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
It took 23 minutes to get our order. They were definitely focused on the drive through rather than inside service. I didn't see one table get wiped down while we were there. Ours was covered in crumbs, as were every other one I could see. If I return, I'll be using the drive through.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.

Hour long wait in the mornings with a mobile order. There’s no warning either so you never know if you’ll be done in five minutes or sitting for hours. They clearly were putting priority to the drive through and left about twenty of us waiting on our mobile orders inside. The app said prep time 6-9 minutes. It took 55. No manager in sight. Clearly a management issue and putting all the labor on the employees that cannot control the customer volume or staffing.

The drive-through line was a thirsty python 20 cars long. And Helmut seemed to be making three drinks at a time. Non-stop. He probably did this for hours. If you ever want to see someone earn their pay, with poise, go to the Quioccasin Starbucks, pull up a seat, and watch Helmut at the helm of the steamers/frothers/brewers/faucets. Not only is he an insanely high-output barrista, but his dark roast is the best of any Starbucks I've been to (and that's saying something).
