What User doesn't like about Franco's Italian:
We ordered two entrees to go, baked ziti with a side of shrimp and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken added. We were charged 5.50 for the side of shrimp, the online menu prices need to be updated if that's correct. Also the ziti didn't have a lot of flavor, just tomato sauce and cheese. One more negative point was no garlic knots. I thought we were supposed to get two with each entree. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicke... View all feedback.

Our meals were prepared and delivered to our table, hot and fresh. They were delicious! Nice portions. The meat-bread ratio was perfect! The subrollers were soft inside and outside was nice and crispy (not hard). If we hadn't been so full, we would definitely have tried the pumpkin cheese cake! I still regret not to go. We will definitely come back when we're back in the area!
Fast and friendly service for a very affordable price. We have only ordered a simple cheese pizza in the last two years, but that's because it's always so good! Very cozy little location.
Always a great place for lunch. I only had the 10th Philly Steak and cheese. It's delicious, and I still have something for later.
I came here a few times last year, and while the food was always good, the service needs work. The waitresses are usually friendly at most times, but some of them do not seem to care. Yesterday for lunch with my girlfriend and our waitress, MIA seemed to go. After our appetizers, she never came back to ask if we were ready to put in entrees, so I had to throw them down. She never asked if we wanted/required refills, and when we finished our food and were ready to check the check, it's like she disappeared because she was nowhere in sight. We waited almost 45 minutes after dinner before another waitress came and got our check because she realized we were sitting there for a while. During this 45-minute timeframe, people who came after us had received their check and left. There is no need for that. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. It was practically empty and there were only about 4 tables, among them our entire store that were occupied. I love Franco's and think overall it is a pretty good location with great tasting food. But their customer service really needs improvement

I'll go back for the fettuccine. We ordered a meat lovers pizza to go. It wasn't the quality I expected from a restaurant. It was like pizza topped with lunch meat and the sausage tasted old.
