What Sarai Hagenes doesn't like about Burger King:
They never give a receipt so you don't have the store number to complain on the corporate website! We waited 10 minutes to place an order in drive thru and then were asked to drive around to their front door where people were looked up waiting for their orders! This place has gotten horrible!! Went inside and ordered our food ‘ it was pretty fast The mgr. on duty was very nice ! Always love the Burger King and reasonable !

Overall, it was amazing time, considering most fast food experiences aren’t as joyfilled as this was. Hats off to the two employees that served us, I really wish I got their names.
This BK is terrible service, 2 weeks ago I waited almost 15 minutes on the ride thru intercom. She told me I was very rude. The workers are never nice. She was very rude at that time. I have the experience every time I go. They rarely supplement napkins. They rarely add the Receipt. Corporate needs to get involved and fire all and hire new people.
I'm just going to this place because it's the only one that has open kitchen in the area. But besides being optically dirty, I stood in the register for 7 minutes and waited for someone to pick up my order. People looked at me, but they just took care of their business. At a point, the one who seemed to be the manager went to the safe directly under the register to draw a drawer and said hello to me, took the drawer and went to the drive-thru and never came back yet someone said that someone here is ready to order. When I waited, someone emptied the garbage under the counter right in front of me, which I knew and I hadn't recognized yet. I finally gave up and went to McDonald's, although I had to use the drive-thru. I was there 7 minutes from the time I went to the time I gave up and went. I can't wait until the better location on Route 1 opens inward again. would it be possible to close this place inward and open the other up, as we are so close together?
The service was a little slow. I think they trained a new person. But the food was hot and good. I could sit inside and enjoy my food
