Alisha or Elisha whatever her name is needs better training on customer service. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I had asked my drink to be remade due to it not being made properly and had green stuff on the lid. I told her I would wait so I’m not inconveniencing her but still was treated with disrespect. This is one of the best Starbucks in Richmond in my opinion. The staff is just pure friendly, and the skill at making drinks is pure excellence. They just get the job done and done right! Love coming here! View all feedback.
