Incredible service and delicious food! I am shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews. It’s on a back street away from the crowds. The dining room is very charming and authentic old Heidelberg. ENGLISCH. then this is the right place ... you sits comfortably between many old pictures of people and Heidelberg ... often former students ... who are here on the evening a delicious cellar to get drunk ... at a Wall hanging the beers of the deceased ... the beer was delicious .. the mood good ... a bit too loud playing piano player a bit ... now I come to the food and the service. Fantastic restaurant with very friendly staff. The service was great and the food as well. The menu is short, but what they offer is delicious. The interior is very different, with old tables, carved with initials and names. Live piano music as well. I have been to Heidelberg many times but this was my first visit. I will come back for sure.

Best student style restaurant in Heidelberg, family owned. A place must see and must eat at.
Great german food near the alte brucke . Food was good, not expensive and service prompt. We were able to get in on a Saturday night, as a large group of tourists were just departing.
