beautiful place with the best view in heidelberg. they have a very simple, local and rustic menu with two stews, salates and spices, so it is more a place to snack than a restaurant. but their meals are fresh and homemade, which is part of their excellent concept! in any case it is worth trying for a snack or light lunch. Nothing beats the winter chill like a steaming bowl of soup. The soup simply contains various kinds of fresh veggies, tender chicken meat, and tomato sauce! the price is very reasonable for such a wealthy portion of soup....the view of the restaurant added to the experience.
Brezel and potato salad were very delicious. the beautiful view from the king's chair. invites you to a short break.
Small selection of food, just the right one for a short grid. bicycle locks are borrowed for cyclists, since bicycles must not be parked within a wide range. that is a very nice help.
Whether with the bike, the train, the bus or whatever: a must! very friendly youngs, wide variety of offers (for the greetings) and a beautiful view! secret tip: the homemade suppe! many thanks for everything!
As not to be expected otherwise, the terrace on the king's chair offers a wonderful view. Unfortunately, the coffee cannot keep. I haven't been serving so badly.
