The Billanz 111,30 euro, for 2 persons, two glasses of wine, a glass of apple juice, two appetizers and twice main course, was planned by us to order dessert but at the quality of the prepared food we decided not to order any more. Details described: The forest mushroom essence is strong but too salty,the 2 ravioli from the pheasant are neat but no real cooking art, the brotstick with berries and maron cream is delicate. The tuna fillet is tasty but the carrot coriander salad is among all would be a chef, really absolutely lowest cooking drawer,no esprit,schmeckt half as hay.
