My two complaints here are related t... read more Most of the staff here is excellent and offer wonderful service as fast as they can. The food is always warm and delicious. My two complaints here are related to higher management. I'm a very nice and respectful person but had an issue with my order not being found in their online system. The girl at the window was a little lost which is totally fine, but I could hear the lady night manager talking about me inside to this nice employee and it was quite unprofessional. Worst part is the issue was left unresolved and I was left feeling a bit ignored. The second complaint is that inside the air conditioning is broken and it is boiling hot. The owner should be ashamed to let their employees work in these conditions. In conclusion if you don't run into this manager or have to go inside to eat and/or work here... Everything else is great lol

My only complaint is that the drive-thru is often packed,... read more The food hits the mark at least 99% of the time, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the drive-thru is often packed, taking at least 10 to 15 minutes to get through, even on a good day. I've experienced it taking much longer, but I recognize they work as quickly as possible, so I don’t blame them too much. However, almost every time I go through, my order gets messed up or they forget an item, like adding salads or tomatoes to something I specifically ordered without. I know they’ve heard me as it’s stated at the entrance, but now I get ready to expect this. After waiting in that long drive-thru line, I find myself checking for everything that was missing or having to fix my order way too often. I refuse to drive away without verifying everything is correct. Still, there are very few fast food places I've visited where this doesn't happen, so I don’t hold it against them. TL;DR: Tasty, affordable food and friendly service—just be sure to check your order before you leave!
