When our food arrived, they warned... read more We waited for an hour, and unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning. The only positive aspect was our friendly waitress. When our food arrived, they warned us that the plates were hot, but the food itself was only warm, closer to room temperature. I felt extremely ill afterwards—no need to go into details, but it was quite severe. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

The service was quite good, but the food left a lot to be desired. It was warm but not hot, and my burger was overcooked despite my request for it to be medium. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell near the bathrooms, which I suspect might be due to a broken vent. I don’t frequent this area often, so I hope this was just an isolated incident rather than a common occurrence.

Very satisfied with servers but they... read more I know they have some poor reviews, but I've never had a bad experience in the food quality. Staffing seems to be an issue. Very satisfied with servers but they are spread pretty thin. They work very hard! I love going here to spend time with family and have dinner.

Took another 4 mins till someone c... read more I don't think I've ever given a 1 star before. Sheesh! I arrived at 6:44pm, just happened to look at my phone and noticed it. Took another 4 mins till someone came by and noticed no waitress or waiter had stopped by and asked if I would Jesus a drink. Another 3 mins till my Pepsi showed up. Waitress finally came over after another 4 mins. Now, 4 mins may not seem too long. But, there were quite a few empty tables and I noticed one waitress not doing anything. Turns out almost all the customers had been seated in my waitress's area. Ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and fries. Fries were like warm and rubbery. Wrap was warm, after eating half I opened up the remains half to find only about 10 little 1/4 cubes of what I hope was chicken. It was then getting busier, so rather than Boyce my concerns , I decided to cut my losses and pay my bill and go. Took another 4 mins (yeh, I know, another 4? till the host walked by and I asked for my check. When the waitress came (only 2 mins this time! she had to go back and deduct my 10% off as I was a guest at a neighboring hotel. Took her another FIVE minutes to recalculate the bill. Not a good night. Perhaps the locals aren't expecting much so they are ok with it. Sorry folks. Just isn't happening.
