I tend to evaluate chain restaurants based on their performance relative to others in the same chain, so please consider that. The service was quite good, but the food left a lot to be desired. It was warm but not hot, and my burger was overcooked despite my request for it to be medium. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell near the bathrooms, which I suspect might be due to a broken vent. I don’t frequent this area often, so I hope this was just an isolated incident rather than a common occurrence.

Bertha is amazing! Every visit to our neighborhood Applebee's is a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the drinks are wonderful!

I know they have some poor reviews, but I've never had a bad experience in the food quality. Staffing seems to be an issue. Very satisfied with servers but they are spread pretty thin. They work very hard! I love going here to spend time with family and have dinner.
