Hardee's - Hazard

The rich flavor of Hardee's charbroiled burgers is reminiscent of a classic taste. Our visit to this particular location was a pleasant experience. The young woman who took our order was patient as we perused the menu and knowledgeable about the items available. Our food was delivered promptly to our table after ordering, although one item (fries) was missing. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation by upgrading the size without hesitation. The food was freshly cooked and still hot upon arrival. The iced tea was refreshing and not diluted by melting ice. The restaurant was clean with ample seating available. Overall, Hardee's offers above-average fast food and is worth a return visit. I can't vouch for other locations, but this one exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience at this restaurant and the service was fantastic, I definitely plan on returning.

The burger was either overcooked or had been sitting under a warmer or heating light for too long. It was extremely messy, with condiments overflowing on the bun.

Wow lunch on Saturday staff was super nice food was good

Food was cold and went back to counter and ordered the exact same thing and had to pay which was no problem but the two cashiers was tAlking about me and turned around and giggled. I’ll never go back there.
